Who we are

Independent editorial group focused on plain-English mortgage math, transparent assumptions, and original tooling. Articles are reviewed monthly for accuracy. Reach us at [email protected].

How we make money

We plan to display contextual ads (Google AdSense) in non-disruptive locations once the site passes the standard publisher review. We will never:

• Sell your data to third parties.
• Embed sponsored content disguised as editorial.
• Include paid links that pass ranking credit.
• Push you to a partner lender we get paid to recommend.

How we keep numbers accurate

• Every formula is documented in the Learn section.
• Calculations run client-side in your browser; nothing is logged.
• We publish unit tests for the core math library on GitHub.
• Articles are reviewed at least quarterly. Significant rate or rule changes trigger immediate updates.

What we are not

Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice. Mortgages are personal. Run our numbers, then talk to a licensed professional before acting.
